Sunset Hill Shou Sugi Home

The owners of a house in Sunset Hill, Seattle, wanted to update its exterior design and add a small room to the rooftop. They loved their rooftop and the view it offered, which they could only enjoy for a limited part of the year. To make the most of this space, they desired an enclosed area that would allow them to appreciate the view while being protected from the weather.

We collaborated closely with construction, architecture, and engineering firms, offering design advice, material selection, and finishes for both the exterior and interior of the house.

The interior of the magnificent sunroom was designed with furnishings, decorations, and lighting that work together to create a cohesive atmosphere ideal for relaxation and contemplation.
