We provide full interior design services. Using detailed floor plans, elevations, electric plans, and 3D renderings, we'll help you visualize the transformation and confidently make informed decisions about your entire home before any construction or purchasing begins.
Furnishing & Decor
Whether you are furnishing a new residence or refreshing a single room, we provide a tailored approach to interior styling. Our process includes the expert sourcing of high-quality furniture and decor from a curated network of custom makers and premium vendors. To suit your project’s needs, we offer two levels of service: we can manage the entire procurement process—including ordering, tracking, and white-glove installation—or provide the complete design and documentation for you to manage the purchasing and setup at your own pace.
New Construction & Remodels
We partner with builders and contractors to bridge the gap between architectural bones and finished interiors. Whether providing targeted consultations or a full design package—including professional floor plans, construction documentation, and comprehensive material selection—we ensure every technical detail aligns with the final aesthetic.
Kitchen & Bathroom Design
We create highly functional, aesthetically elevated kitchens and baths designed in strict accordance with National Kitchen and Bath Association (NKBA) guidelines. Our process covers every detail of the technical layout—including custom cabinetry design and spatial planning—alongside the expert sourcing of appliances, fixtures, and materials to ensure a high-performance, cohesive finish.
Interior Design Consultation
Whether you are at the beginning of a new project or need a professional perspective on a space that feels stuck, our consultations provide the clarity needed to move forward. We offer both on-site and virtual sessions to help define your vision, solve spatial challenges, and select materials.
Rates & Service Areas
Consultations are billed at $250 per hour (one-hour minimum), with subsequent time billed in 20-minute increments. We provide on-site services throughout the Greater Seattle area, including Bellevue, Medina, Shoreline, Edmonds, Redmond, Mercer Island, Kirkland, Sammamish, Woodinville, and Newcastle. If you are located outside these areas, please contact us for virtual or custom travel options.
Our Process
What to Expect?
You can contact us by phone or email to tell us a little about your project and schedule an initial interview (discovery call/meeting).
2 / Discovery Meeting.
We prefer to have a discovery meeting on-site to understand the space better. In this initial meeting, we will discuss your project needs, expected goals, ideal timeline, and budget. This visit or call is complimentary and lasts approximately one hour.
3 / Quotes and Options.
We will provide a few quotes based on the estimated time and effort the project will require.
4 / Schematic Design Phase.
We will visit your property to measure and digitally scan the space, which typically lasts about two hours. Following this visit, we will draft floor plans, create 3D renders, develop initial ideas and design concepts, and make preliminary selections for finishes, materials, and furniture. Afterward, we will arrange a meeting to present these initial ideas, allowing us to further refine them based on your feedback and preferences.
5 / Design Development.
Once you approve the Schematic Design concept and layout, we will proceed to develop the complete design. This process involves finalizing your selections for finishes, fixtures, and furniture. Depending on the project's scope and size, we may meet with you several times to present the refined version of the final design.
6 / Delivery - Execution - Installation.
We provide all necessary documentation to execute the design: product schedule, construction drawings, and procurement forms. We purchase materials and furniture while coordinating with vendors, showrooms, and contractors. Additionally, we track, manage, troubleshoot, and coordinate deliveries and installations.
Some clients choose to undertake the project themselves using our floor plans and documents, purchasing items at their own pace, and coordinating directly with contractors.
