What to Expect?
Reach out by phone or email to share a bit about your project and schedule an initial conversation.
2 / Discovery Meeting.
We meet on-site to understand the space, discuss your goals, timeline, and vision. This visit is complimentary and typically takes about one hour.
3 / Proposal.
We present a detailed proposal based on the scope and complexity of your project.
4 / Schematic Design.
We measure and digitally scan your space, then develop floor plans, 3D renderings, initial design concepts, and preliminary material and furniture selections. We present these to you and refine based on your feedback.
5 / Design Development.
With the concept approved, we finalize every selection — finishes, fixtures, furniture — and meet as often as needed to get it exactly right.
6 / Delivery - Execution - Installation.
We handle everything: procurement, vendor coordination, delivery tracking, and white-glove installation. For clients who prefer to manage their own implementation, we provide complete documentation to do so at their own pace.
